  • How To Heat

    First remove all tags. Ensure that your microwave is clean and the turntable can rotate freely. Place your Snugmees in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Continue heating at 60 to 90 second intervals until required warmth. Warmed Snugmees relieve and soothe. It can take your Snugmees up to four hours to cool down back to room temperature. With the proper care, Snugmees are designed to be reheated and used for a lifetime!

  • How To Chill

    To chill, simply place your Snugmees in a seal tight freezer bag and keep in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Chilled Snugmees ease bruises, sprains, inflammation and fever. They cool and relieve targeted zones. They chill and refresh quickly and effectively. They restore any sudden impacts safely. You can chill your Snugmees over and over again to get the cooling effect whenever needed, even if only on a hot summer day!
